Do you knit or crochet for a good cause?
Yarn Canada is teaming up with Bernat and Patons Yarn for its 3rd annual yarn giveaway to individuals or groups who knit for charitable causes.
If you knit hats for babies at the hospital or crochet pet blankets for animal shelters or create anything else with yarn for charity, Yarn Canada wants to hear your story!
Giveaway Details
They are generously giving away 2 prizes of $500 and 10 prizes of $100. The giveaway is open to Canadian and American contestants!
Head to the Yarn Canada website, fill out the request form, tell your story and keep your fingers crossed!
Here is some more information direct from the contest website:
- Yarn awards include free shipping to US and Canada excluding remote areas
- Yarn will be pre-selected by YarnCanada.ca though we will take feedback on your specific needs
- Yarn will be awarded at the sole discretion of YarnCanada.ca. Our aim will be to give to a variety of causes, people, and locations
- Deadline to apply is Dec 31st, 2019
- Our staff will work together to select the recipients of the yarn by January 20th
